Q: Can you give me a ballpark estimate ?
A: Yes, We can give you an estimate based on the information you provide, a price quote that approximately reflects the scope of the job but not guaranteed  


Q: Is there a way to make my move cheaper ?
A: Yes. Saving time means saving money if you can pack your stuff and organize it well in advance


Q: Do you have a license and insurance ?
A: Yes. We are a Licensed and Insured moving company 

     Multiple insurance protections: $750,000 Auto Insurance and $20,000 cargo insurance.

     You can buy extra insurance for more protection if need


Q : Will My furniture be protected ?

A : Yes. 

      Each Moving Vehicle comes with :

     Blankets and Plastic Shrink wraps to protect your mattress, sofa and coach ..... (FREE)

     Rope and Tie-Downs to secure all loads  (FREE)

     Tool Kits to disassemble and assemble all your items  (FREE) 


Q: Can I change dates or cancel ?
A: You can change the date of your move (subject to availability) or cancel it up to 24 hours in advance. 


Q: What if my inventory changes last minute?  Will my price change ?
A: Not a problem. It happens all the time. Our local move charges are based on hourly rate at total time consumption, plus traveling time surcharges or double driving time charges Time starts at your current location until the completion of whole move.
But the flat rate of long-distance move will be changed if your inventory changes


Q: Should I tip the movers ?

A: Your gratuity is highly appreciated if you are satisfied with movers' services. Suggested gratuity is 15-25% for the whole crew (not each mover). The foreman will distribute it.
